AB  - The article considers the issues of the flow-effect and the hardiness in the field of organizational psychology. On the organizational level hardiness needs confidence, and flow-effect needs control. The article is focused on the role of hardiness plays in coping with troubles, and on how the flow-effect increases the activity of workers. The importance of the concepts in the field of organizational psychology is proposed.
