From the publisher: The proposed course presents organizational behavior as an interdisciplinary and applied branch of knowledge that studies various aspects of human behavior in an organization in order to improve its effectiveness. The structure of the course reflects three possible levels of analysis of organizational behavior: individual, group and organizational. Each topic, in addition to theoretical material, contains questions for self-assessment, diagnostic tests and assignments for group work; the course is also supplemented with cases for practicing practical skills in solving professional problems.
