Abstract

During two days, 30-31 October 2013 in Moscow, Russia was the first international scientific conference "Business. Society. People." The conference was organized by National Research Univeristy — "Higher School of Economics" with the financial support of RFBR and the participation of the Institute of Psychology RAS, Institute of Social and Economic Studies of Population, Institute of Social and Political Studies, Moscow State University, St. Petersburg State University, Chuo University (Tokyo), the Association of Business Psychology (UK), the International Russian-Japanese center comparative studies of corporate culture of the East, the West and Russia, as well as with the support of the European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology (EAWOP).
