Modern organization: challenges for a social psychologist

Abstract
On June 19–20, 2026, the International Scientific Conference “Andreeva Readings. Social Psychology in a Cultural and Historical Context: Returning to the Subject” was held, dedicated to the legacy of Galina Mikhailovna Andreeva, the founder of the Department of Social Psychology at the Faculty of Psychology at Lomonosov Moscow State University and an Academician of the Russian Academy of Education. The conference was organized by the Department of Social Psychology at the Faculty of Psychology at Lomonosov Moscow State University, with the participation of the Federal Scientific Center for Psychological and Interdisciplinary Research. The conference program included a section titled “Modern Organization: Challenges for a Social Psychologist,” which is the subject of this article.
