Review process

Each paper is reviewed by the editor and, if it is judged suitable for this publication, it is then sent to independent referee for blind peer review.

All manuscripts will be refereed anonymously.
They are evaluated according to the following criteria:
(a) significance of contribution,
(b) adequacy of research method,
(c) appropriateness, and
(d) clarity of presentation.

Description of the peer review process

  1. After receiving the manuscript the chief editor evaluates is paper met the journal requirements.
  2. If it does, the editorial team will select at least two relevant experts (independent researchers in the relevant research area) within the field of research to peer-review the manuscript to evaluate manuscripts for originality, validity and significance.
  3. Each expert makes recommendations for improving of manuscript to achieve high academic standarts. Then the editor decide next steps: revise, accept or reject. If paper needs revision, journal returns it to author with reviewers recomendations.
  4. When authors revise and submit revised paper, editor and/or reviewers re-evaluate the manuscript and decides if paper needs to accept, futher revision or reject.
The reviewers do not know the names of the authors, and the authors do not know who reviewed their manuscript.
