The article discusses the problem of the experimental study of trust in the business partnerships. A brief review of theoretical concepts and empirical research in this area are given. In anticipating stages of the study there were identified two basic criteria for the evaluation of the business partnerships development – «Confidence» and «Derived mutual benefit», which formed the basis of the pilot scheme, implemented on the principle of party dummy. The main conditions varied during the experimental procedure was a combination of these two criteria: the condition 1 – high confidence, low intermediate results of the interaction, condition 2 – low trust, the average intermediate result. The dependent variable was the degree of optimization elasticity of the joint achievement of the forecast results, expressed the value of the «individual rate» naive participant business interactions. The data obtained allowes to conclude that among the two factors that influence the success of the partnership, such as trust and the intermediate result of joint activities (receiving benefits), there is much more potent factor in the actual result of the partnership. However, as has been established, even in the absence of a direct mutual benefit arising can trust, however, maintain partnerships at a time. |

The article presents the results of research of the psychological contents and professional specificity of an image of the world and a way of life of the geologist (professionals and students). Research includes three stages: job analysis and a way of life of employees in geological party during a season, studying of an image of the world and a way of life of geologists in cameralistic works, studying of an image of the world and the relation to a professional way of life of students-geologists. For the decision of research problems theoretical models of the description – three-layer model of an image of the world and three-level model of a way of life are used. The author confirms theoretical position about necessity of formation for professionalizing of the expert of specific characteristics of an image of the world and a way of life of the professional. |

Programmer's professional activity requires an amount of work with different artificial languages. Many studies report that effective programming is correlated with the high level of verbal intelligence. In this paper we study the dynamics of artificial language learning among programmers in comparison with psychologists and the group of non-professional users. We show that programmers learn artificial language in a different way, then the other groups, and this difference is based on their professional requirements. |

Business game «Certification of personnel of the organization» develops the skills needed in the process of certification of the personnel subsystem, and promotes the development of management capacity of the participants. The game demonstrates the stages of preparation, conduct and decision on certification of personnel, as well as role-playing aspect and the interpersonal interaction between participants. The game involves an organizer of the team «Attestation Commission,» several teams «units», a team of expert games. The game consists of 4 stages: 1) Preparatory, 2) Evaluation of the employee and his work, 3) Attestation, 4) Decision-making and execution of documents. In the preparatory phase the participants get an explanation of goals and objectives of the business game, the wording of the game rules of the, split split into teams, determine the scope of the organization and composition of teams. At stage two teams are assessing employees 'units' and their preparation for certification. In Phase 3 Certification Commission meets to form the preliminary findings and recommendations for certification of workers. In step 4, «Evaluation Committee» discusses and decides on the Appraise each candidate separately. In conclusion: Certification Commission announces the general decision of the commission for each certified employee, a team of experts analyzes the work of teams at each stage, the organizer and the Parties shall discuss the results of the game. |

The article considers the issues of the flow-effect and the hardiness in the field of organizational psychology. On the organizational level hardiness needs confidence, and flow-effect needs control. The article is focused on the role of hardiness plays in coping with troubles, and on how the flow-effect increases the activity of workers. The importance of the concepts in the field of organizational psychology is proposed.
